are backed by a simple refund policy.
As a consumer financial service firm, Candace finance is committed to ensuring the rights and fair treatment of our clients. This commitment is exemplified by our own refund policy for valid reasons. We believe that you should not have to pay for services that has not been either: *completed, *canceled or withdrawn by us for any reason.
* in all cases we reserve our legal rights to deduct admin charges which will never be more than the original amount stated plus vat at the current rate of 20%.
* we do not refund simply because you change your mind, nor are we required to by any law.
* this does not waive our right to take legal action against any attempted fraudulent activity.
*our policy does not cover services provided by advertisers or partners
Our refund policy is simple: If we fail to provide the agreed-upon services to you (as outlined by your selected service level) for any given reason, you will not be billed, or will be refunded your fees if your payment has already been processed.
